Migraine relief

I take one capsule daily alongside my B vitamin complexes, as the daily dosage is excessive. My skin feels smoother, but most astonishingly, this supplement has prevented my migraine attacks that typically coincide with premenstrual syndrome. In the past, I experienced severe headaches and nausea before PMS, but this time, there was no migraine — a true miracle. I even shared a capsule with my mother, and it alleviated her headache too.

It’s widely acknowledged the necessity of B vitamins, and this B-complex is from my favourite brand, containing no synthetics. I notice immediate effects: irritability fades, replaced by calmness and balance, even during PMS when I typically struggle. I consistently take magnesium, which works splendidly together with this B-complex. I highly recommend it.

The capsules are quite large, almost 2 cm long, with a transparent shell revealing a finely ground nut-coloured powder. Though they have a specific aroma, it is not unpleasant. After completing the course, I felt more cheerful and resilient, becoming less fatigued, which made training enjoyable. Notably, the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome became less pronounced, and I felt calmer, no longer irritated by little things.

No PMS signs

I pierce B vitamins twice a year — in spring and autumn. This time, I opted for this complex instead of painful injections. As a vegan, it’s crucial for me to maintain adequate B vitamin levels, particularly B12. I find that when my levels are sufficient, I experience less nervousness, strong nerves, and no signs of premenstrual syndrome or menstrual pain. I also regularly take magnesium. Eased PMS pain
A few months into taking this, I still struggle with chronic fatigue, which is understandable as vitamins alone are insufficient. However, the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome have softened, with reduced chest and stomach discomfort. While menstruation lasts fewer days, I found that after completing the course, ovulation didn't occur, despite the inclusion of natural folate. Overall, the symptoms of PMS have smoothed, and my muscle twitches disappeared during the course but returned immediately after.

Good vitamins. I noticed an improvement in my mood while taking these B vitamins. Even premenstrual syndrome seemed less "emotional" when combined with magnesium.
